Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your sponsorship within 14 days of making your payment.
To exercise your cancellation rights, you must make your request in writing or by email using
the form on our contact page.
Once we receive such a request, your payment will be refunded and your account will be
removed.
Our Obligations
Trees may be planted up to 6 months before or after your payment is received. This is due to factors which affect
planting, the main one of which is the time of year: the optimum planting season is from November to March.
It is a fact of life that not all newly-planted trees will survive. By planting saplings rather than seeds or
seedlings and by our careful maintenance, we improve the chance of survival. However, should a numbered tree die within
3 years of planting, we will replace it.
We aim to create woodland and manage it as a community resource, with public access. If, however, we are forced
to sell our woodlands in the future, a covenant will stipulate that the land must remain as woodland, thereby
protecting your tree.
